  • All Products are sourced from trusted third-party manufacturers. We act as a curator and brand partner, not the manufacturer.

4. Eligibility

  • By placing an Order, you represent that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver of the child for whom the Product is intended.

5. Ordering & Acceptance

  • Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when We dispatch the Product and send a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets where available.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999.
  • Risk of loss transfers to You upon delivery to the courier partner.
  • Delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

8. No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and child-welfare considerations, The HAHA Toys does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, size preference, or color choice once an Order is dispatched.

Exceptions (Replacement Only):
  • If the Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thehahatoys.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/video of the issue
    • Unopened original packaging (if applicable)
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement of the same Product. If unavailable, store credit may be offered.
  • Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.

This policy aligns with hygiene standards for infant products and ensures every child receives a brand-new, untouched item.

9. Safety Disclaimer & Parental Responsibility

  • We are a brand curator, not the manufacturer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers who represent compliance with applicable safety standards.
  • While we prioritize safety, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from all risks. Adult supervision is required at all times during play.
  • Always inspect Products before use. Discontinue use immediately if damage occurs.
  • Products are designed for children aged 0–3 years. Follow age recommendations and warnings on packaging.
  • Choking Hazard Warning: Small parts may be present. Keep away from children under 36 months unless supervised.
