  • We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.



⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • During festive seasons or sales, processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll keep you updated via email/SMS.

    • Courier Partner's Website (link provided in dispatch email)

  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes can be requested only before dispatch by contacting support@thehahatoys.com. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.



πŸ”„ 8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times.
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.
  • In such cases:
    • Store credit will be issued (minus original shipping charges).
    • Re-shipping requires a new order and payment.
  • To avoid failed delivery:
    • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
    • Keep your phone accessible for courier calls
    • Provide an alternate contact number if possible



πŸ“¦ 9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@thehahatoys.com with photos.
  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us. We'll initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation.
  • Replacement Policy: For genuine shipping-related issues, we offer free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • If you're based overseas, please reach out to support@thehahatoys.comβ€”we're exploring global options soon!

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or civil unrest
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government restrictions or policy changes

We will communicate proactively if such events impact your order.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Only before dispatch. Email us immediately at support@thehahatoys.com with your Order ID and new address.

Q: What if I'm not home during delivery?
A: Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. You can also request a safe-drop location or reschedule via the courier's tracking link.

Q: Do you deliver on Sundays?
A: Most courier partners do not deliver on Sundays. Expect delivery on business days only.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major prepaid methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. COD is currently unavailable.

Q: Will I receive an invoice?
A: Yes, a digital invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation. A printed copy is also included in the package.
