- We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

- Orders are processed within 24β48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- During festive seasons or sales, processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll keep you updated via email/SMS.

- Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- Address changes can be requested only before dispatch by contacting support@thehahatoys.com. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.

- Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@thehahatoys.com with photos.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us. We'll initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation.
- Replacement Policy: For genuine shipping-related issues, we offer free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
